Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns the results; our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Our host maintains standard server logs, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to operate the service and understand which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to run the site, diagnose problems, measure overall traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites and Portals
Links may lead to the City of Chester directory, Delaware County Real Estate and Tax Records, the Delaware County Recorder of Deeds public-access resources, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Those services apply their own privacy policies to any information you submit, including information entered in sponsored results supplied by another company.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatically collected information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Safeguarding Information
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes described here require. Because there are no user accounts, the site does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data that a website holds about you. The reviewed Pennsylvania materials did not identify a general comprehensive consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion law. Because we keep very little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing information we locate. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Pennsylvania, Delaware County, or Chester agencies are outside our control. Access to agency records is governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104; record corrections or access questions belong with the original custodian.
For a wrong parcel, tax, or address link, contact the Board of Assessments or Recorder as appropriate and retain the parcel or document number with a dated screenshot. A court-record concern belongs with the court or Office of Judicial Support, and a voter-registration correction goes through the person’s county election office or state process. If an address creates a safety concern, use the Pennsylvania Address Confidentiality Program or a local victim-service provider rather than trying to expose or republish the address. A commercial listing must be challenged through that service’s own removal process.
